TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION

   
1 Competitors must be prepared to travel to and from Sydney, Australia for the SHIPC at their own expense.
2 Competitors from overseas are responsible for obtaining their own passports and visas.
3 Competitors must have comprehensive travel insurance, evidence of which is to be provided to the Competition Office prior to the competitor’s departure from his or her home location enroute to Sydney or, if the competitor is local to the Southern Highlands, enroute to the SHIPC location.
4 Competitors will be provided without cost accommodation, local transport, transport to and from Sydney city or Sydney airport (as required), sustenance and practice facilities. Accommodation may be provided by volunteer hosts.
5 Competitors who decline accommodation with a host, where offered, or accommodation as provided, or sustenance or transport as provided will be responsible to provide substitute accommodation, sustenance and transport at their own expense.
6 All competitors must be ready and willing to perform earlier or later than their assigned time/s.
7 If a competitor chooses to bring a partner, a friend or other person or persons to the SHIPC, the competitor must be prepared to provide, otherwise than at the expense of the organizers, the accommodation, sustenance and transport for that partner, friend or person or persons.
8 Competitors eliminated in any stage are welcome to stay for the remainder of the SHIPC as an observer, free accommodation, sustenance and transport (other than return transport to Sydney city or airport) being provided subject to availability.
